Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a 22,000 square feet two-story mixed-use commercial building which would include six (6) retail shops approximately 1,000 sq. ft. each, and one (1) restaurant approximately 3,000 sq. ft. on the first floor and nine (9) residential units ranging between 700 sq. ft. and 1,650 sq. ft. on the second floor. The proposed project also includes a 7,000 sq. ft. public plaza at the corner of South First Street and East A Street. In addition to the plaza, the project would include forty (40) new parking spaces, ten (10) of which would be located east of the building and would be private and gated for the residential units an thirty (30) spaces for public use would be located at the southern portion of the project site.
