The project consists of adding bike lanes to both sides of Mendocino Avenue between College Avenue and Lewis Road/Steel Lane. The bicycle lanes would be added within the existing 64' paved roadway. Parking would be removed from the west side of Mendocino Avenue between College Avenue and Howard Street to provide adequate room for both bike lanes.
