The project consists of two bicycle/pedestrian bridges on Borregas Avenue, one over SR 237 and the other over US 101. Each bridge would ramp up along the local street on the opposite side of the freeway, cross perpendicular to the freeway, then ramp down along the local street on the opposite side of the freeway.
