Document Description
The Mariposa Lakes Specific Plan (MLSP) Project consists of a request for City of Stockton (and other agencies) approvals necessary to permit the development of an ~3,810-acre planned mixed-use urban residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development adjacent to the City of Stockton. The MLSP project as currently proposed would involve the development of ~10,566 dwelling units, 1.0 million square feet of commercial space, and 10.7 million square feet of industrial uses.
