Document Description
Subdivide 4 vacant properties totaling 39 acres into 93 lots. The site lies immediately east of SR 70 and north of the Feather River (although it does not abut the river). It is accessed from Oro View Drive via Grand Avenue and/or 2nd Street. Applicant proposes to submit multiple final maps. A variance from rear-yard setback requirements is requested for the lots that will abut SR 70. The amendment to General Plan and Zoning designations to reduce allowable density is proposed for safety purposes, because there is only one access to the project site.
