Document Description
The sponsor is requesting Use Permit, Variance, and Design Review approval to increase the size of the existing 229 square foot mini-mart to an area of 740 square feet by eliminating the existing automobile repair shop and expanding the retail area within the existing building. The applicant also proposes to make minor exterior changes to the building to remove the automobile service bays and install new doors. Existing signs would be upgraded and a new "Food Mart" sign would be installed above the entry door. Site improvements would include a new parking area and new landscaping on the property. The floor area, height, and setbacks of the development would not be affected by the proposed project.
