DTSC is renewing a Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (Permit) for McCormick Selph, Inc. (MSI) in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, division 20, chapter 7.5, section 25200 and the California Code of Regulations, title 22, division 4.5. The MSI facility (Facility) would be reauthorized to perform hazardous waste management activities under a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) equivalent permit. MSI's hazardous waste management activities are fully described in the "Facilities Hazardous Waste Operations Plan," (FHWOP) dated January 4, 2006, which contains the Part "A" and Part "B" Permit Applications.
