The project would consist of the construction of a 0.65 MGD arsenic removal treatment plant to treat water for the community's municipal water system. The site of the plant will be located at the new AJPA well and water storage tank located on McNeely Road in the town of Alpaugh. The plant will be centered around an absorptive media that will collect the arsenic for proper disposal.
