To amend the General Plan Land Use Map from Open Space-Flood Control/Utility Corridor to Mixed Use with a Master Plan designation, amending the Parks and Recreation chapter, and the Flood Hazards chapter, for the development of 9 single-family detached residences, 126 multi-family residential units (14.77 acres), and 2 office buildings (3.66 acres) of one and two story design totaling 44,782 square feet on a total net site area of 14.31 acres, located on the south side of Church Street, between Center Avenue and Haven Avenue. The project also includes an amendment to the Development District map changing the Flood Control zoning designation to Mixed Use as well as a request to subdivide the 14.77 gross acres of land into 10 numbered lots, and two lettered lots, for the sale of the residential condominium units and for the development review of those units and single family residences.
