Document Description
The project site is approximately 37.48 acres. Project includes the renovation and expansion of an existing 229,159 sf hotel; construction of 1 hotel guest room and 145 saleable units in spa condominiums, T-Wing, hotel villas and tennis villas; demolition of an existing tennis complex. The total new development will be 353,914 sf. The total renovation, expansion, and new construction will be 583,073 sf.
