An application for adoption of a Specific Plan and rezoning of the Specific Plan Area from New Urbanism Interim with a Specific Plan Overlay to Neighborhood Edge / Low Density Residential, Neighborhood General 1 (NG-1) / Medium Density Residential, Neighborhood General 2 (NG-2) / High Density Residential, Village Center (VC), Public/Semipublic (PS), Parks and Open Space, with the applicable Specific Plan Overlay District.
