A Conditional Use Permit for an Off highway vehicle recreation facility to be owned and operated by the California State Parks, Off Highway Vehicle Recreation Division. The site is approx. 11,000 acres. 6 miles north of the City of Bakersfield. Site elevation is from about 800 ft. to 2800 ft. Visitors expected; 100,000 per year.
