Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed within Narco Channel (trapezoidal earthen flood control channel), tributary to Sulphur Creek, tributary to Aliso Creek, Orange County to accommodate the Narco Channel Restoration Project. Construction activity includes expanding, restoring, and enhancing the wetland habitat within the Narco Channel consisting of removal of exotic/invasive plant species, accumulated sediment, removing riprap and widening the channel. Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2006-0149-R5.
