Document Description
The project proposes a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide 12.7 acres into four residential parcels plus a designated remainder parcel. The parcels range in size from 2.0 net acres to 3.9 net acres. Development of the project will include grading for five building pads and associated driveways, installation of onsite sewage disposal systems, and fire clearing around the structures. It also includes the extension of water and electrical utilities from Viking Grove Lane, and road improvements to Viking Grove Lane and Mac Tan Road. The project is subject to the Regional Land Use Policy 1.3 (EDA) Estate Development Area and General Plan Use Designation (17) Estate Residential, which permits 1 dwelling unit per 2 or 4 acres depending upon the slope.
