Document Description
The proposed project would allow for a total of 80,000 square feet of retail floor area, including a grocery store (40,000 square feet), a drug store (15,000 square feet). In addition to the retail commercial development, the applicant is also proposing 433 attached residential dwelling units (i.e., condominiums) ranging in size from 850 square feet to 1,350 square feet. The applicant is proposing a Specific Plan of development, which will necessitate the approval of a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change.
