CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2010-0166-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans, represented by Mr. Craig Wentworth, 464 West 4th Street, 6th Floor, San Bernardino, State of CA, 90210, Phone (909) 383-6936. The Applicant is proposing to construct of a Joint Port of Entry (JPOE) station to provide for Agricultural Inspection Facility (AIF) and Commercial Vehicles Enforcement Facility on 133 acres. The project will impact 18.31 acres desert wash habitat.
