- Note: Response to Comments The Revisions to the Draft EIR address the potential impacts associated with the proposed Port Master Amendment (PMPA), which would allow up to three hotels in two areas of the East Harbor Island Subarea, with a combined maximum of not more than 500 rooms. One of the potential hotel locations is a 175-room hotel located at 955 Harbor Island Dr., was analyzed in Chapter 4 and 5 of the Draft EIR. The Revisions to the Draft EIR, is a new chapter of the EIR (Chapter 9) that analyzes the potential impacts associated with the development of up to two additional hotels in an area of East Harbor Island west of the 175-room hotel project.
