Document Description
The project is a mixed use commercial center. Proposed uses at the center may include one or all of the following: retail, office, restaurant, and other retail eateries, personal and financial services, hotel, and other related commercial uses. Size of the center will include at least 300,000 square feet but not more than 600,000 square feet of building space. The project will also include up to five freeway pylon signs, plus other project identification signage, and ancillary parking, landscaping and lighting. Primary access for the project will be from Chino Hills Parkway. The applicant proposes to prepare a Specific Plan and statutory Development Agreement to facilitate project development.
