Document Description
The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Use Permit to allow construction of a 122-unit condominium project on 7.9 +/- acres in the RD-20 zone. 2. An Exception to reduce the required 25-foot landscaped setback from the public street to 13 +/- feet for a driveway along 130 +/- feet of the Antelope Road frontage. 3. A Waiver from the Requirement for a Subdivision Map (tentative and final) for condominiums, as allowed by the County Land Development Ordinance Title 22, Section 22.20.076. Note: The Waiver is necessary to permit the sale of individual project units as condominiums. The proposed waiver or land division will not result in any new ues being permitted on the property that are not otherwise permitted in the RD-20 zone. 4. An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of the construction of low income for sale affordable housing on-site.
