Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to replace portions of fencing along Metropolitan's property boundaries along Auld Road and Washington Street in unincorporated Riverside County. The fencing is adjacent to the west side of Washington Street and the north side of Auld Road. Metropolitan proposes to replace approximately 4,000 feet of barbed wire fence that was damaged by a release of water from the Robert A. Skinner Filtration Plant. Metropolitan proposes to use a hand-held pile driver to drive posts into the ground to anchor the fence; bracing points will be installed every 200 feet for reinforcement. Metropolitan will excavate holes measuring one foot in diameter and two feet in depth with a small auger for the bracing point footings and fill the excavations with concrete to support the bracings.
