The District proposes to sell approximately 12,407 acres of land located at 10251 Yorktown Street, and approximately 8.354 acres of land located at 9191 Pioneer Drive, each Huntington Beach, CA. These sites represent a portion of the former Lamb Elementary Schoool and former Wardlow Elementary School sites, respectively. The legal descriptions of the properties are attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively.
