Document Description
Repairs will be made to a residence structure at Auburn State Recreation Area. This structure was constructed by the WPA in 1936 and is potentially eligible for the State and National Registers of Historic Places. The structure is used by California State Parks as an administrative facility. This work will include replacing an existing asphalt composition roof with a galvinized corrugated metal roof to match adjacent structures and installing new siding over the existing siding, which has tested positive for lead paint.
