Document Description
The project will occur at the bridge in Smith Ranch Road leading to the San Rafael Airport. The bridge crosses over the North Fork of Gallinas Creek, San Rafael, and Marin County. The project involves installing a new metal bridge over an existing wooden bridge. The new bridge will be a clear span bridge and be supported by new pile of supported concrete abutments. The railing will be removed from the existing bridge and stell tress deck will be lowered in place by crane. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0244-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the San Rafael Airport LLC, Robert Herbst.
