Document Description
Adoption of a PD ordinance for a new private multi-purpose recreational facility consisting of an 85,700 square foot building with two indoor sports fields, two gymnasiums and a mezzanine level with a spectators viewing area, cafe, offices and meeting rooms, and an all-weather lighted outdoor soccer field, outdoor warmup field, parking and landscape improvements, new access road and replacement of a bridge crossing over Gallinas Creek, and solar panels installed on the new building rooftop. The use would operate from 9AM to Midnight. The building would be flood-proofed in compliance with FEMA requirements. The site is protected from flooding by earthen berm levees.
