Document Description
Construction of a new private indoor recreational facility within an 85,700 s.f. structure that would be 33.5 feet tall (38 feet tall to peak of roof). In addition, the project proposes two unlighted outdoor sports fields, a parking lot, site landscaping, site lighting, a new two-lane bridge clear-spanning over an existing bridge across the North Fork of the Gallinas Creek, and an extension of a private roadway. The project is proposed to be built on a 4.4-acre portion of a 119.5- acre San Rafael Airport Site.
