Document Description
The project site is approximately 220 acres and is comprised of 22 parcels which are currently developed with residential, agricultural and private lodge (Moose Lodge) uses. The dominant uses on the project site are agricultural. Grape vineyards are found throughout the project site, which also contains fallow cropland and orchards.
