Document Description
A 31-lot subdivision containing 15 lots zoned R-3, High Density Residential, and 16 lots zoned R1-12, Single Family Residential (12,000 square foot lot minimum). The site is approximately 12.5 acres in size. As proposed, the R-3 lots range in size from 7,200 to 9,800 square feet. The map includes an extension of Telco Way across Johnson Creek, and terminating into two cul-de-sacs. The road would be a dedicated public street with a 50-foot right of way, and constructed to City Standards. The length of the cul-de-sacs is consistent with the City's codes, and an emergency egress point is provided on the west end of the Telco-Court cul-de-sac.
