Improve State Route 4 (SR 4), west ot Stockton, by the realigning the non-standard curves and with the addition of standard shoulders the full length of the route within the project limits (PM 5.4 to PM 8.2). The project would also realign the intersection of SR 4 and Tracy Boulevard, east of the current location, and install a left-turn pocket, for traffic traveling westbound on SR 4. The irrigation ditch is 1,720 meters long and will be filled isomg 9,213 cubic meters of fill. SAA #1600-2007-0183-3.
