It is generally bordered on the north by the Power Canal, on the east by DWR-owned land on the west side of the Diversion Pool, on the west by California Water Service Company's water treatment facility, and to the south by Phase 1 of the Deer Creek Estates subdivision. Applicant proposes to submit multiple phased maps.
