Document Description
The Project will increase capacity and upgrade the treatment process of the Kelseyville WWTP. The Project involves: 1) installing headworks facilities to improve solids removal; 2) replacing the existing facultative treatment system with a Rich-Lagoon treatment system; 3) converting a portion of the existing ponds into interim effluent storage resrvoirs; 4) upgrading the existing effluent pump station to increase capacity to 0.79 mgd; and 5) installing ~4,200 linear ft of effluent pipeline along Gaddy Lane.
