The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2009-0058-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lake County Special Districts. Kelseyville Wastewater Treatment Effluent Pipeline Improvements Project. A portion of the project is the placement of 12" effluent main pipeline cross Cole Creek. The trench width is anticipated to be no greater than 4', backfilled with native material and re-compacted.
