The project consists of a request for entitlements to allow site development within urban single-family residnetial uses, consistent with one of two possible site development options which are very similar in nature. The Project Development option includes 270 single family lots, a 4+/- acre park site, and a 2.4+/- acre floodplain/open space lot. The Alternative 1 Development option includes 258 single family lots, and the same 4+/- acre park site and 2.4+/- acr floodplain/open space lot.
