- The City of Alameda ("City"), as the lead agency, has approved the implementation of "Wilver 'Willie' Stargell Avenue," which was formerly known as "Tinker Avenue," and its extension as an arterial four-lane roadway between Main Street and Webster Street ("Stargell Extension Project") and the addendum to the EIR on May 6, 2008. A portion of the right of way required for this extension is located on certain real property owned by the Peralta Community College District ("District").
