Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant (RBAAP) has applied to the Department of Toxic Substances Control for a permit renewal to continue to operate a hazardous waste facility in accordance with the California Health and Safety Code section 25200 et seq. and California Code of Regulations, title 22, division 4.5. The RBAAP Facility owner is the United States Department of the Army and is contractor-operated by Norris Industries, Inc.
