Document Description
The project proposes the construction of 22 single-family homes and a new vehicular connection between Blemer Road and Matadera Way. An existing single-family home on a separate parcel would not be affected by the proposed project. The following entitlements would be required to facilitate the project: 1)Preliminary Development Plan-Rezoning to rezone the site from R-20; Single-Family Residential District to P-1; Planned Unit Development District); 2) Final Development Plan - Major Subdivision to subdivide the approximately 15-acre site into 22 single-family residential lots and one remainder approximately four-acre life estate parcel; and 3) Tree Removal Permit.
