Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0246-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Fairfield. The project is limited to: 1) the installation of an underground 36-inch water transmission pipeline through a jack-and-bore approximately 12 feet under the Union Avenue Creek flood control channel and the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks, 2) the excavation of three jack and bore pits, and 3) the associated work areas.
