Document Description
The proposed project, sponsored by Lambert Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, consists of redevelopment of an existing single-story warehouse building into an eight-story building providing about 74 dwelling units and about 78 above-grade parking spaces on two levels. The rectangular-shaped project site is on the west side of the city block bounded by Townsend, Colin P. Kelly Jr., Brannan, and Second Streets in the South Beach area of San Francisco.
