Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2009-0191-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lake Alpine Water Company of Bear Valley. The project consists of diverting 0.78 cubic feet per second (cfs) of water from Bear Creek by direct diversion (not to exceed 175 acre-feet per year) and 220 acre feet 9af) per annum by storage from October 1 of each year to July 31 of the succeeding year. The total amount of water to be taken from Bear Creek shall not exceed 395 af per water year of October 1 to September 30 of the succeeding year.
