Document Description
The St. Joseph's Church parish proposes to demolish an existing 3,890-square foot rectory and to construct a new 850-seat church in its place; to construct a new 4,375-sf rectory (only footprint evaluated), retention of existing PHR (Carriage House), and to realign St. Joseph's Terrace (also known as Monticello Terrace), a private roadway that traverses the site. The project would require a new curb cut and driveway to provide site access and would develop 71 new onsite surface parking spaces.
