Document Description
The proposed project includes annexation of the remaining two parcels, totaling approximately 114.5 acres. The existing city limits border the project site to the north, south, and west. The proposed project also includes the general plan land use designation for two acres of the project site from Low Density Residential to Neighborhood Commercial and pre-zoning the entire residential portion of the site currently within unincorporated county to Planned Development (PD) and the commercial portion to Neighborhood Commercial (C-N). The proposed project also includes a zone change for the parcel currently within the city limits from Public Facilities (PF) to Planned Development (PD). Proposed land uses include 634 single-family residential units, two acres of neighborhood commercial, and 10.7 acres of parks.
