FYI Final Caltrans, as the CEQA lead agency, is proposing that the CA Transportation Commission adopt a route for SR 180, from I-5 to the westernmost end of the freeway portion of SR 180, near Valentine Avenue in the City of Fresno (post miles R3.5.0 to R54.2). The route adoption study will identify the most appropriate location for an ultimate four-lane expressway for the SR 180 within the study area in western Fresno County.
