Document Description
The applicant, Industrial Development International, Inc., is proposing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Tentative Map and Street Vacations, and Development Plan Review to subdivide the existing, vacant 84.0 acres at the northwest corner of Perris Boulevard and Markham Street into five parcels to develop four warehouse distribution buildings ranging in size from 67,000 to 742,000 square feet and totaling approximately 1,750,000 square feet. Each building will be located on its own parcel with its own truck bays, parking lots, office space, landscaping, sidewalks, and related infrastructure. The 3.7-acre fifth parcel (adjacent to the Perris Boulevard and Markham Street corner) will accommodate a water quality and detention basin. The proposed Tentative Map also shows the vacation of Nance Street between Perris Boulevard and Indian Street. The project site has General Plan land use designation of Light Industrial and a Zoning designation of Light Industrial.
