Document Description
The proposed project includes a tentative parcel map and a development plan review. The project would subdivide this 83.74-acre site into 5 parcels and includes the development of a product distribution center consisting of four industrial buildings totaling 1,747,901 square feet of building area with associated parking and landscaping. Parking for this development is being provided at a ratio of one space per 250 square feet of office space, one space per 1,000 square feet of warehousing up to 20,000 square feet, and on space per 2,000 square feet of warehousing over 20,000 square feet.
