Document Description
The proposed project includes:
1. A 2,238 acre Specific Plan. The Specific Plan includes the following land uses: 1,459 acres of residential, 160 acres of mixed-use and non-residential, 538 acres of open space, and 81 acres of public use area (i.e., parks and peserves). Based on the proposed density, approximately 2,966 dwelling units would result. Additionally, the County intends to add six adjacent parcels, as shown on the attached exhibit, covering 140 acres to the project, in order to make develop an orderly boundary and consistent development standards along Road 221.
2. The subdivision map covering approximately 770 lots.
3. Formation of Public service District and/or Maintenance District.
