Document Description
Crafton Hills Community College (CHC) was built in the 1970's as part of the San Bernardino Community College District. The SBCCD office developed the CHC in the City of Yucaipa, California which currently serves the East Valley area of the district. The SBCCD includes the San Bernardino Valley College, CHC, Professional Development Center, and its own public television and radio station.
