Document Description
The Addendum to Final PEIR 1052 modifies the original master plan to eliminate the two high-rise residential towers of 216' and 270; above ground level and replace the towers with a single mid-rise residential structure consisting of five levels of residential units over one level of subterranean parking and two levels of above-ground parking for a total building height of 87' above ground level. Modifications include a reduction in parking from 533 spaces to 438 spaces and elimination of the resident serving retail in the amount of 2,350 square feet. The number of residential units will not change and remain a 250 acre with of mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units.
