Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment to allow for high rise residential development within the North Costa Mesa Specific Plan area. The project includes a development plan identified as Sites 1-5. The development will include mid and high rise residential and commercial uses, in addition to the development of existing entitlements for hotel, museum and office uses.
