Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction of a 55,600 square foot, one to three story Performing Arts Complex. The Performing Arts Complex will house a 433 seat theater, a 99 seat experimental theater and support spaces and classrooms. The complex will also include the construction of a new campus entry, new roadways, an outdoor gathering space and garden, campus wide utility improvements and an additional 230 to 280 parking spaces.
