The project includes a 161 lot single family detached residential development with 26 affordable housing and 6 open market rate condominium units. The project includes the development of pedestrian paths and infrastructure. The remainder 71 acres of the parcel will be dedicated to the City in an Open Space Easement as part of the South Hills Natural Reserve.
