Document Description
The Harvest Landing Specific Plan project would include residential, business, and recreation and open space land uses, and provide up to 1,860 residential units on approximately 170 acres, 1.3 million sf of multiple business use on approximately 88 acres, and recreation and open space including a 17-acre sports park, a lake and park, and a recreation center on approximately 44 acres. Although the project site is 341 acres, only 336.6 acres of the site would be cleared for project development. Four residential parcels (4.5 acres) are included within the project site boundary and are part of the proposed general plan amendment and zone change, but are not part of the project construction. The project also includes a General Plan Amendment to change the existing Business Park and Community Commercial designations to Specific Plan; and a zone change from the existing Light Agriculture zone to Specific Plan, a Development Agreement, ALUP land use designation override, subdivision maps, and Williamson Act contract cancellation.
